I'm Judy Strong, writer/author of two award-winning books, certified grief facilitator, group mentor and speaker, and blogger.
I was widowed when I was fifty, with children still living at home. My life changed overnight, and I struggled to find resources to help me through the maze. I needed a full time job, financial guidance, support to help my children, and a shoulder to cry on. I have “been there”, and I know what it’s like to feel confused and alone.
I wrote in a journal as I struggled and solved problems, day by day. The journal became my first book, No Time To Grieve A survivor’s Guide To Hope And Healing.
Now, my commitment is to help you.
My information is based on experience - mine and others - plus a great deal of research. Bereavement is finally recognized as a profoundly deep and demanding situation. I bring all of these excellent resources to you.
